    POSTER SIZE

    The poster is available in four sizes. Each size is a standard poster size so you'll be able to frame them yourself if you choose to buy them unframed. 

    • 6x8 inches (15.2x20.3 cm)
    • 12x16 inches (30.5x40.6 cm))
    • 18x24 inches (45.7x60.9 cm)
    • 24x36 inches (60.9x91.4 cm)

    FRAME

    We make every effort to make framing your poster easy.  You can buy it framed from us, or you can buy it unframed and find your own locally.  You should be able to buy an off the shelf frame locally that will fit your new print.

    MATERIAL & PACKAGING

    Each poster is printed on quality 180 gsm paper with a matte finish.

    When you choose the unframed option, it comes carefully wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a durable protective postal tube. If you choose for us to frame it, it's packed in protective cardboard for shipping.

    SHIPPING & RETURNS

    We aim to get our prints to you as soon as possible, so usually expect a turn around of 1- 2 days.

    If your order hasn't arrived then drop us a line, we know that things do get lost in the post and we will make sure you don't lose out.

    Please be aware that if you are one of our lovely international customers products take a little longer to arrive - with standard airmail you should receive it within 5-7 working days from dispatch. 

    If you want to have tracking information on your order, that's great! Make sure you choose that delivery option at the checkout as it does cost a bit more than standard shipping.

     

    DAMAGED PRODUCTS

    We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged, it does occasionally happen. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@wyatt9.com with photos of the damage and  your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

    We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
      

    MISSING PRODUCTS

    My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

    Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

    ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
    ● Ask your local post office if they have your package
    ● Stop by your neighbour's in case the courier left the package with them


    If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or your neighbor’s, please do get in touch with us at info@wyatt9.com with your order number.


    If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
